Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OpenSlate (the "Service"), operated by WebFarm Solutions Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use OpenSlate
The Service is intended for real estate agents at brokerages we have approved. Access is granted on approval, and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for legitimate real estate coordination and marketing.
- Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, or content you don't have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post (open houses, messages, and materials you create). You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your brokerage.
5. AI-generated content
The Content Studio uses AI to generate draft blog posts and captions from the details you provide. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing or distributing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable real estate advertising rules.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
